Hello, my name is Jo-Jo Amichand and I hope to meet you on your next Real Estate transaction! Born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan - I now proudly call Kelowna home. My Father was West Indian from the Island of Trinidad & Tobago in the Caribbean, and my Mother is Ukrainian, Swedish, Polish from small town Saskatchewan - Melfort. So, I’m quite the multi-cultural person and enjoy all the diversity life has to offer ??
I enjoyed playing high level sports for most of my life and have learned to work hard and be disciplined from a very young age. All my primary and secondary schooling was in Saskatchewan, and then I attended MSU where I graduated with honours. Prior to moving to the beautiful Okanagan, I worked for the municipal Government and even enjoyed teaching high school for a small stint. My real passion from a very young age was and always has been Real Estate. Dragged from show home to show home as a child, I learned much about houses and appreciated the quality and styles of each. I first started Real Estate as an Investor and enjoyed it so much it became a career. I have now been licensed for over 17 years, and love meeting so many new and wonderful people. Real Estate really is a relationship-based business. For me the joy is developing those relationships and connecting people with future dreams of home ownership. The reward is seeing a new couple obtain their first home, or helping a friend find their dream home. Whatever your goals, I hope you will give me first opportunity to make your home dreams come true.
